What was in the Budget?

When Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne announced his Budget, he revealed a raft of measures including a headline tax on sugary drinks, but also a raft of measures aimed to promote savings amongst young people and to secure a further £3.5 billion in public spending savings.
