School holidays penalising parents

Whitehouse Consultancy Chairman Chris Whitehouse has claimed in a new column for The Universe that current rules on children’s holidays are penalising parents – citing ComRes research commissioned by the Whitehouse Consultancy showing that a majority of Britons believe they should be allowed to take children out of school for holidays.
