Whitehouse announces promotions and appointment following business growth

Westminster-based public affairs and political communications agency The Whitehouse Consultancy has announced a series of promotions and an addition to its team having secured a number of new accounts during the start of 2014.

Whitehouse has promoted Peter Shand, Oliver Cardinali and Alessandro Fusco from Associate Political Consultant to Political Consultant. Shand joined the Whitehouse team in 2013 from the Royal Town Planning Institute, while Cardinali and Fusco both joined the agency in 2012. Cardinali formerly worked for a public affairs agency in Cardiff and for Oxfam Cymru, while Fusco worked for Macmillan Cancer Support, the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe, and the Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance.

Whitehouse has also appointed Elias Papadopolous, who formerly worked in the European Commission, as a Research Executive.

Emma Carr, Managing Director of The Whitehouse Consultancy, said:

“Alessandro, Oliver and Peter have been instrumental to our growth and client retention during the past 12 months and are well deserving of their promotions. We are committed to the development of our staff and I am delighted that Oliver, Alessandro and Peter will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility for our continued development. We’re also delighted to welcome Elias, who brings a great deal of experience and policy knowledge.”

Given Whitehouse’s continued business growth, further appointments are expected in future.
