SNP childcare blow

April 4, 2014 12:21 pm

The flagship childcare policy set out by the SNP has been dealt a major blow after official figures revealed a significant shortfall in the tax revenues it had been forecast to bring. Labour claimed the paper showed the SNP’s childcare proposals were “shambolic” and had misled parents.
