Whitehouse appoints David Spencer as Consultant

Political communications, public affairs and public relations specialist the Whitehouse Consultancy has announced the appointment of David Spencer as a Consultant.

Spencer, who will be providing strategic advice and counsel for a range of clients, has in the past served as Chief of Staff to Rt Hon David Davis MP, with whom he worked on numerous projects including his civil liberties campaign. Spencer has also worked for the Independent Police Complaints Commission and at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.

The Whitehouse Consultancy has also announced the promotion of Peter Shand to Junior Consultant and the appointment of Joanna Camadoo as a Monitoring and Research Executive. Camadoo has previously worked for the Health Service Ombudsman and in the office of Virendra Sharma MP.
