Associate Political Consultant
Stephen works across a range of sectors, including renewable energy and the environment, with a responsibility for supporting clients’ parliamentary and political engagement, and providing ongoing political insight and intelligence. Stephen joined the Whitehouse team from a prominent communications consultancy, where he worked as part of the energy and industrials team, supporting public affairs and public relations briefs for large multinational corporates.
Stephen is a graduate of the University of Bristol with a degree in Politics and International Relations, including extensive research of the UK’s energy needs and environmental security, along with UK nuclear policy over the past two decades and a cost-benefit analysis of new British nuclear projects.
Stephen has also studied at Tianjin Foreign Studies University in China as part of a British Council scholarship, where he studied Mandarin and Chinese culture. He is a keen swimmer and active in amateur dramatics.
