Simon supports the Whitehouse EU team by monitoring policy and regulatory developments and providing clients with insight on relevant issues and strategy.
Simon has previously worked for COMPASS Pathways, a life sciences company aiming to accelerate patient access to evidence-based innovation in mental health. There, he worked to help stakeholders in the mental health sector understand the importance of developing innovative treatments for depression. He also worked for Boury Tallon et Associés, a French public affairs consultancy, where he helped organise meetings and discussion clubs between senior officials.
Simon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human, Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge, and a Master’s degree in European Affairs from Sciences Po, Paris. Simon is a native French speaker and is fluent in English, with an intermediate knowledge of Spanish and Arabic. Outside of work, Simon enjoys documentaries, contemporary art, wine and old maps of metro systems.
