Senior Political Consultant
Sam helps design and implement strategies for clients on a wide range of issues with a particular focus on public health, food, nutrition and sports policy. Using his significant expertise and experience in these policy areas, Sam works closely with policy-makers in Westminster, Whitehall, local government and the devolved city regions. Sam also provides counsel and support for clients on engagement with the various European Union institutions and Member States.
Before joining the Whitehouse team, Sam worked in the Parliamentary office of former Labour MP for Hendon Andrew Dismore, supporting his work as an active backbencher for a busy inner-London constituency and Chair of the Joint Committee on Human Rights.
Sam has an MA in Global & Comparative Politics from Queen Mary, University of London and a BA in History from the University of Sheffield. Away from Whitehouse, Sam reads far too much political history, follows Australian politics and is an Arsenal season-ticket holder.
