Paul leads on the delivery of comprehensive and effective campaigns for clients across education, health and the third sector. He provides senior counsel to clients’ senior teams and is responsible for the development and implementation of their communications strategies and messaging to meet their policy objectives and raise profile.

Paul has extensive experience across national, regional and local government. Prior to joining the Whitehouse team, he served as Chief of Staff to a Government Minister, and as an adviser to a former Secretary of State. He has also previously worked as Head of Consultancy & Parliamentary Relations for a leading political communications business, and as an elected councillor for an iconic part of London, holding executive roles in the education, equalities and health portfolios.

Paul read government at the London School of Economics and Political Science and has undertaken roles across the voluntary sector as trustee of an education charity, board member of a registered social housing provider and a governor at a secondary academy, state primary school and flagship early years centre.  He is currently Co-Chairman of the Public Relations and Communications Association’s Education Group.
