Emmanuel Hanley-Lloyd

Emmanuel advises on, and supports, communications and public affairs strategies for a wide-range of clients across several sectors, with a particular focus on health and education clients.

He previously worked for the current Minister for Small Business and Corporate Responsibility and prior to this, gained experience working under a backbench Conservative Member of Parliament.  He has worked on a number of key consultation responses on a range of topics, from health to transport, and spearheaded innovative and comprehensive communication strategies in response to every development in the UK’s Brexit negotiations.

Emmanuel has an extensive understanding of both short and long-term political projects and solution-based approaches to major issues which affect businesses, public sector bodies, charities and Government, and has a particular passion for education, healthcare and energy.

He graduated from the University of Exeter and Peking University, where he read English Literature and Mandarin Chinese, with a particular focus on the Romantic poets and the works of Virginia Woolf. Outside of work, Emmanuel enjoys horse-riding and tennis and played an integral role in supporting education charities in China and India and volunteered for the Janaagraha Centre for Citizenship & Democracy, which promotes democratic practices globally.
