The Whitehouse Consultancy is a member of the Association of Professional Political Consultants (APPC) and rigorously upholds the highest ethical standards in all of our activities.
As responsible political consultants, the three principles which underpin our commitment to ethical practice are:
- We declare all our public affairs clients on a publicly accessible, online register which is maintained by the Association of Professional Political Consultants.
- We list all our political consultants and political lobbyists on our own website and in our entry in the online register that is maintained by the Association of Professional Political Consultants.
- We ensure that all our political consultants and political lobbyists adhere to the Code of Conduct of the Association of Professional Political Consultants which can be found here.
As well as our membership of the Association of Professional Political Consultants, we are also members of the Public Relations Consultants’ Association which, as with the APPC, maintains a Code of Conduct for its members and is a guarantee that member companies abide by high ethical standards.
Alongside our membership of the APPC and the PRCA and adherence to their Codes of Conduct, Whitehouse was one of the first public affairs agencies in the UK to sign up to the Government’s new statutory Register of Consultants Lobbyists, joining on the day it became operational.
